Ingredients: Lamb ribs, cumin seeds, garlic, paprika , rosemary, onion, brown sugar, salt , pepper.
To be delivered as a whole rack 800g in vacuum pack
Cooking suggestion: put the pack in boiling water (after turn off heat from stove) for 5 mins, process the rack into cutlets and panfry to your liking.
